At the request of our guests we have the pleasure of renting as a holiday home the house of Carloforte and we propose it from 29 May 2019.

Ca’ Martini is located 50 meters from the seafront of Carloforte in one of the quietest and most characteristic places in the country.
With the best restaurants, shops in the center and those for food all “at home” you can think of a beach holiday where you can forget the car parked very close and maybe make trips by boat or bicycle surrounded by the scents and colors of this wonderful island waiting for the evening with an aperitif to sip before dinner.

The architecture of Carloforte is characterized by alleyways with houses that develop vertically, on several floors, and facades painted in different colors.
In one of these, pedestrian, you will find Ca’ Martini that has the ‘entrance inserted on a small terrace closed by a gate.
On the ground floor you will find a living room complete with:
– TV
– mini bar
– wi-fi available throughout the house
– computer-friendly angle
– single bed to accommodate a third person
– a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bidet

First floor, they’re located:
– the double room with balcony and sea view
– bathroom with shower and sea view
On the second floor you will have:
– the fully equipped kitchen
– the terrace with outdoor living room and a truly exceptional 180 degree view of the port and the Marine Sifredi with its 300 berths.

During the summer months we will have to leave to follow our B & B in Trisobbio so, after meeting us through the various preliminary contacts, you will be welcomed and followed by our secretary who, with the ‘help of the housekeeper, will ensure that you have all’ assistance necessary to spend a real holiday. It is for this reason that we offer you a daily afternoon service of one hour, for the rearrangement of the kitchen or other rooms, to be agreed from time to time of your choice from H 14 to H 17.

The District

This typical Tabarkina house is set in one of the historic districts of Carloforte, near the Multimedia Museum of the Tower of San Vittorio and a few steps from the “walls” and the “Lion’s Gate”.
The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car or by public bus.
Under the house you can rent boats for the day at the Marine Sifredi.
The ‘island of San Pietro is famous for practicing various sports such as sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing, not to mention the ability to rent bicycles and make beautiful trips.
Shopping is varied, the small central streets thrive with boutiques, Sardinian craft shops, bars and pizzerias.
The Restaurants Da Nicolo, Tonno Di Corsa and Pomata Bistrot (also pizzeria) serve a careful selection of dishes just 100 meters from the house.

A tour of the surroundings

PRICE :

– Low season 03/06 – 30/06 € 150,00 per night

– Medium season 01/07 – 31/07 € 165,00 per night

. 01/09 – 08/09

– High season 01/08 – 31/08 € 180,00 per night

– Girotonno 30/05 – 02/06 € 180,00 per night

is included in the price one hour of daily cleaning to be established between H. 15 and H. 17

– Costs of cleaning contribution + € 95,00 per period

– Security deposit + € 300,00

the deposit will be requested on arrival and returned on departure after checking the state of the house and appliances

CAPACITY:

– 3 persons, suitable for children from 8/10 years old and up.

The parapet of the terrace is built as a “bench” where a small child could climb, lean out and fall.

STAY:

– minimum 3 nights

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

– Check-in time is between H 17:00 and H 19:00, while check-out time is before H 11:00.

– Check-out is at H 11:00 allowing access to the property for the “state of the place” and for the cleaning of the rooms at least one hour before.

STRICT CANCELLATION TERMS:

– up to 60 days before the trip you will receive a full refund, including all costs;

– up to 30 days before your trip you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay and a full refund of the costs.

RESERVATION

WARNING, THE BOOKING INTENDS CONFIRMED ONLY TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES OF THE HOUSE UNDER REACHED so we invite you to read them and, for any clarification, we are at your disposal.

House Rules:

– Respect the desire for tranquility of the neighbors.

– Respect the house and its furnishings.

– Take good care of the sail tent on the terrace and do not leave it open in the event of wind.

– Do not wear shoes on the upper floors.

– It is forbidden to operate the fireplace.

– DO NOT smoke in the interior spaces.

– Avoid MANY Noises even during the night.

– It is forbidden to organize parties or events.

– Pets not allowed

DEPOSIT

In addition to any damage to “things or furniture” the deposit will be retained even if:

– Guests have been fined for illegal activities, subletting or unsolicited services during their stay.

– The rubbish has not been unloaded in the appropriate containers as per the instructions given.

– The dishes and all the equipment in the kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc., have not been cleaned and used with due care of maintenance.

– Payment is not completed before departure.

– Some items of the bed, bath, kitchen,etc. were lost or damaged.

– In case of loss or failure to return the keys of the house

– No form of refund will be given to guests in case of early termination of stay for problems not related to the property. Otherwise they will have to be communicated to the owners who will verify them and resolve the situation.

– Any damage exceeding the security deposit of € 300 must be settled before departure.

INSURANCE

We recommend that guests take out liability insurance for damage to property and/or third parties.

CAPACITY

– The number of guests allowed in the property during your stay must not exceed in any case the agreed maximum of 3 people.

– In case of children’s stay, parents are responsible for their safety.

– It is forbidden to enter the property to people who do not stay there.

– Visits by family or friends must always be authorized by the owners.

In addition, the authorized visitor must present an identity document.

INCLUDED SERVICES

– Included is a set of sheets and towels per person per stay.

– This includes electricity supplies, the consumption of the gas cylinder for cooking, water and internet connection.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

On request of the customer it is possible to obtain the following services for a fee:

– change of linen

– daily cleaning service (in addition to the offered time) or weekly cleaning service

These services must be agreed upon prior to arrival and paid for in cash upon check-in.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Departure time

Check-out is at H 11:00 allowing access to the property for the “state of place” and cleaning of the rooms at least one hour before.

Identification of guests

On arrival guests are requested to show an identity document (passport or identity card) for registration as required by Italian law.

Cleaning of the property

On arrival the property will be tidy and clean, equipped with linen and towels.

Any further change or weekly cleaning will be charged:

– Euro 15,00 for the linen of the double room

– Euro 8,00 for single bed linen

– Euro 15,00 per person for bathroom towels

– Euro 15,00 per hour for cleaning which can also be daily (but does not include waste disposal).

Exceptional maintenance and interventions

If exceptional interventions or maintenance are necessary, the customer, even if not present, must allow access to the personnel in charge.

All access will always be given prior notice.

Parking

Private parking is not provided, but a few meters from the house, there are several free parking spaces.

Behavioral rules

– Remember that smoking is only possible in environments outside the property and that it is forbidden to operate the chimneys.

– It is strictly forbidden to move furniture around the house, take it inside and outside the house and/or use it in a different way according to its intended use.

NOTE WELL:

In the event that the guest does not comply with the above “Rules” or causes damage to the structure, interior or exterior furnishings, Ca’ Martini will have the right to terminate the lease by verbal communication, request the immediate departure of the customer from the property and obtain compensation for any damage.

You also declare to be aware of :

– The accommodation does not have a private car park.

– You have to climb stairs.

The house is on two floors so you will find two flights of stairs but with steps of traditional sizes and handrails on the walls.

– If you break something you can be charged up to €300 and any damage exceeding the deposit of €300 must be settled before departure.
