Entire House

At the request of our guests we had the pleasure of renting the entire house, including the three rooms (Pink, Blue, Yellow) plus the common areas, so we propose it from summer 2019. Capacity 9 people. Minimum stay 6 nights.

€ 340,00 per night

plus € 250,00 for cleaning fee

and € 800,00 as a deposit (the deposit will be requested on arrival and returned on departure).

For a good cohabitation we invite you to read the “house rules” below before making the reservation, for any clarification we are at your disposal.

STRICT CANCELLATION PERIODS :

– up to 60 days before the trip you will receive a full refund, including all costs.
– up to 30 days before the trip you will receive a 50% refund on the total cost of the overnight stay and a full refund of the costs.

House Rules:

  • Respect the neighbors’ desire for peace and quiet
  • Respect the house and its furnishings
  • Do not wear shoes in the bedrooms
  • It is forbidden to operate fireplaces.
  • DO NOT smoke in the interior spaces
  • DO NOT CONSUMER MEALS in the rooms and in the swimming pool area
  • avoid many noises even at night

 

DEPOSIT

In addition to any damage to “things or furniture” the deposit will be retained even if:

Guests have been fined for illegal activities, subletting or unsolicited services during their stay.

The rubbish has not been unloaded in the appropriate containers as per the instructions given.

The dishes and all the equipment in the kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc., have not been cleaned and used with due care of maintenance.

Payment is not completed before departure.

Some items of the bed, bath, kitchen and swimming pool linen were lost or damaged.

In case of loss or failure to return the keys of the house

No form of refund will be given to guests in case of early termination of stay for problems not related to the property.

Otherwise they will have to be communicated to the owners who will verify them and resolve the situation.

 

INSURANCE

We recommend that guests take out liability insurance for damage to property and/or third parties.

 

CAPACITY

The number of guests allowed in the property during your stay must not exceed in any case the agreed number of 9 people.

It is forbidden to enter the structure, the rooms and the swimming pool area to people who do not stay there.

Visits by family or friends must always be authorized by the owners.

In addition, the authorized visitor must present an identity document.

 

SERVICES INCLUDED

A set of linen is included with sheets, towels and beach towels for each room.

Electricity, natural gas for heating, water and internet connection are included.

 

OPTIONAL SERVICES

On request of the customer it is possible to obtain the following services for a fee:

  • change of linen;
  • daily or weekly cleaning service;
  • cot and high chair;

These services must be agreed upon prior to arrival and paid for in cash upon check-in.

For stays longer than 5 days we offer a service of reorganization of the kitchen and rooms on alternate days.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Departure time

Check-out is at H 10:00 allowing access to the property for the “state of the place” and for cleaning the rooms at least one hour before.

Identification of guests

On arrival guests are requested to show an identity document (passport or identity card) for registration as required by Italian law.

Cleaning of the property

On arrival the property will be tidy and clean, equipped with linen and towels.

Any further change or weekly cleaning will be charged:

  • Euro 120,00 for linen
  • Euro 80,00 for bathroom towels
  • Euro 50,00 for pool towels
  • Euro 15,00 per hour for cleaning which can also be daily (but does not include waste disposal).

Please note that smoking is only possible in environments outside the property and that it is forbidden to operate the chimneys.

Exceptional maintenance and interventions

If exceptional interventions or maintenance are necessary, the customer, even if not present, must allow access to the personnel in charge.

All access will always be given prior notice.

The swimming pool

The pool water is not heated and sanitised with a salt system.

Cascina Madonnina declines all responsibility in the event that people allergic to this element decide, against their interest, to immerse themselves in it.

It is forbidden to dive in the pool because the shallow depth of the same does not allow it (110-170 cm.).

Cascina Madonnina will not be responsible in any way for the risks arising from improper use of the pool.

The presence of security personnel, such as lifeguards or the like, is not provided therefore the supervision of any children and adults who are not able to swim independently is the responsibility of the customers.

We will cover the sofas and armchairs for the night at H 19 and prepare them for the day at H 10.

It is forbidden to enter the pool area during the night, except in special cases and only on request.

Parking

Parking is allowed only in the spaces in front of the property indicated at the beginning of the stay.

Behavioral rules

It is strictly forbidden to move furniture around the house, take it inside and outside the house and/or use it in a different way according to its intended use.

If the guest does not comply with the above “Rules” or causes damage to the structure, to the interior or exterior furnishings (garden, swimming pool, etc..) Cascina Madonnina will have the right to terminate the lease by verbal communication, request the immediate departure of the customer from the property and obtain compensation for any damages.
