The Common Spaces

The comfortable and welcoming common spaces, created by respecting the house’s original architecture and the local environment, are the result of the thoughtful renovation programme recently undertaken; during which the hosts devoted great care to the smallest details, both in its architecture and decoration, inside as well as outside.

The common spaces are located on the ground floor, and consist of an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace (and Sky TV), a smaller living room suited for reading, a breakfast room with a stone hearth and wide glass walls.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the third bedroom is on the second floor, and can be accessed through a small living-room that opens onto a corridor.

The Breakfast Room

Breakfast is served in a luminous dining area with sliding glass walls that convey the experience of outdoor eating.

During the summer it is also possible to eat outside.

Together with a traditional Italian breakfast, guests will also be offered:

  • fresh bread, breadsticks and focaccia,
  • brioches, cakes and biscuits,
  • melba toasts, cereals and yogurt.

If ordered, the hosts are able to offer eggs, cold meats and cheeses.

All the products are locally sourced.

The Outdoor Area

The property is set amongst the natural beauty of the hills and vines of the Monferrato (listed amongst the Unesco World Heritage sites), and is only 45 km from the Ligurian Sea. There are two houses with porches and a large courtyard that defines the various areas of the garden.

Near the house there is a swimming-pool (with NO life-guards) equipped with sun-umbrellas, deck chairs and sun-lounges, an outdoor shower, a changing-room with toilets and a mini-bar, a terrace with a large hammock and card-games tables.

Guests can use the table-tennis and table-football tables, as well as other outdoor games.

Guests can also go for a walk on a path that surrounds the property and that overlooks the Alps. Scattered on the path are hammocks for occasional rests and benches for snacks.

You will be provided with a blanket and a book!
